Mr. Jackson has over 20 years experience within complex legal document management systems including designing and managing systems and departments for electronic discovery, imaging and offshore data processing.

Mr. Jackson has constructed imaging and database systems for managing hundreds of millions of imaged documents and terabytes of electronic discovery data. Mr. Jackson’s litigation support experience led to the pioneering of one of the first offshore litigation coding facilities in the world. Mr. Jackson’s background in database management and litigation support compliments and enhances his depth of knowledge in electronic discovery and metadata mapping.

Mr. Jackson has been integral to the success of many trial teams. Mr. Jackson’s work in electronic document productions, particularly metadata mapping, was pivotal in uncovering discovery issues relating to document fragmentation, scrambling, replication, alteration and fabrication. Mr. Jackson’s proficiency in electronic file auditing has provided a strategic litigation advantage to a large range of cases in the areas of telecommunications and wireless networking, hospitality, insurance, banking, finance and healthcare matters.
